Terms and Conditions of the “Trip Highlights” Service (Visual Content Sharing)
In GOING 2 COM, the “Trip Highlights” service represents an interactive space that allows application users (passengers and captains) to record and share short videos, photos, and experiences related to their trips and the destinations they visit. The use of this feature is subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Description of the Service and Its Purpose
This service allows users to publish visual and audio content (videos and photos) that is displayed to other users in a dedicated section within the application. The service aims to share positive experiences, evaluate destinations, showcase city landmarks, and exchange tipsrelated to transportation and travel.
2. Privacy and Explicit Consent (Essential Condition)Due to the nature of transportation services, it is strictly prohibited to violate the privacy of any party while using this feature:Secret recording prohibition: It is strictly prohibited for the passenger or the captain to record or photograph the other party or record their voice inside the vehicle without obtaining explicit and documented consent.Sharing personal information: It is prohibited to publish any content that reveals sensitive data such as (license plate numbers, exact home locations of passengers, phone numbers, or any personal data).The application has the full right to ban any account that records individuals in public or private places without their permission, and to report to the competent authorities in the event of a legal violation (such as the Anti-Cybercrime Law).
3. Intellectual Property Rights and Licensing
By uploading or publishing any content (video/photo) on the “Trip Highlights” platform, you retain your ownership rights, but you grant GOING 2 COM a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, and transferable license to use, display, modify, and distribute this content for marketing and promotional purposes via the application or its social media platforms.
4. Content Guidelines and Prohibited Content Content must be appropriate and comply with public morals. It is strictly prohibited to publish any content that includes:
• Traffic violations or dangerous behavior: The captain is prohibited from recording content while driving in violation of traffic regulations, or publishing videos promoting reckless driving.
• Scenes of violence, bullying, hatred, or racial discrimination.
• Indecent content or content that violates the laws and regulations of the country in which the service is provided.
• Commercial advertisements for external parties, or malicious software and fraudulent links.
5. Financial Returns and Rewards (If the Profit System is Activated)The application may provide financial rewards or promotional points (free ride credit) to content creators whose content achieves high views and engagement, based on internal criteria determined by the application (such as number of unique views and completion rate).Publishing content does not constitute an employment contract between the user and the application, and the application is not obligated to pay any financial amounts except in accordance with officially announced campaigns and rewardswithin the “Trip Highlights” platform.
6. Monitoring, Right of Removal, and Disclaimer
Personal responsibility: The user is solely legally and criminally responsible for any content they publish through their account. Monitoring: The application has the right (without obligation) to review content before or after publication, and has the right to remove any video immediately and without prior notice if it is found to violate these terms or based on reports from other users. Disclaimer: GOING 2 COM bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that may occur to any party as a result of viewing, imitating, or relying on content published by users on this platform.
