Delete your GOING 2 COM account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time. Deletion is permanent.
How to delete your account
- On the web: sign in, open Settings, then choose Delete account.
- In the mobile app: open Settings, then choose Delete account.
- Request a verification code, enter it, and confirm.
What is deleted
Your login and personal data: name, contact details, photos, addresses, documents, and stories.
What is kept
Trip, payment, and invoice records are kept in anonymized form to meet legal and financial obligations.
Accounts with an active trip, unpaid orders, or company ownership must resolve those first.
